So much has changed in the youth space since we hosted our last Youth Engagement Summit in November 2016, so we decided the theme for YES17 should be ‘Overnight Evolution’. Evolutions are supposed to occur gradually, with an element of subtlety, but in this digital age, an evolution can happen overnight, completely unexpectedly.

How are you supposed to keep up when such drastic change is occurring on a daily basis? How do you stay relevant? How do you ensure longevity when trends come and go like seasons?
